As a NexGen participant you are encouraged to apply for collaborative partnership opportunities that align with your skillset and interests. Collaborative partnerships will vary widely in structure with opportunities varying from domestic field work (e.g., within the Mekong region) to international travel and lab work lasting anywhere from 1-6 months. Requests for applications will also be announced yearly for conference attendance and the annual Mekong Research Symposium (when travel and health and safety guidelines permit).
